What we collect
When you send a request or apply for work, we receive the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, company, and anything you write in your message or attach, such as a CV or passport copy.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to match candidates with employers, and to process work permits and visas that you or your employer have asked us to handle. Candidate documents are shared only with the employer considering you and with the Maldives authorities when an application is made.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for as long as they are useful for recruitment, and delete them when you ask us to unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@palmworkforcesolutions.com.
